As part of a strategic business initiative, this project involved a comprehensive analysis of Fasotech’s monthly sales data using Microsoft Excel 2019. The objective was to extract actionable insights from key performance indicators such as total customers, profit, and sales volume. Through advanced data handling and visualization, an interactive dashboard was developed to highlight trends, including customer growth and top-performing regions—Peru, Colombia, Chicago, and Argentina. The analysis provided critical support for data-driven decision-making, enabling Fasotech to identify profitable markets and optimize its sales strategy for sustained business growth.
