JOB SUMMARY

We are looking for a creative, detail-oriented, and user-focused Intermediate UI/UX Designer to join our growing team. In this hybrid role, you'll help transform user needs and business goals into intuitive, engaging, and aesthetically pleasing digital experiences across web and mobile platforms. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams including developers, product managers, and other designers to bring concepts to life; and other activities as may be assigned.

JOB DESCRIPTION

Design user interfaces for web and mobile applications using modern design tools (e.g., Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch).

Translate product requirements and user feedback into wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs.

Conduct and analyze user research, usability tests, and feedback sessions to drive design decisions.

Create and maintain design systems, style guides, and UI pattern libraries.

Collaborate with developers to ensure design fidelity during implementation.

Stay up to date with UI/UX trends, best practices, and emerging tools.

Participate in product brainstorming sessions and contribute to strategy.

Iterate quickly on designs based on user feedback and technical constraints.
