• I hold a B.Sc. in Computer Science in view and possess certifications including Google Cybersecurity Professional Certificate, Cisco Networking Academy (CyberOps, Networking & Cybersecurity Essentials), and EC-Council Network Defense and Ethical Hacking Essentials. These have equipped me with practical knowledge in network fundamentals, security monitoring, access control, incident response, and user security awareness—skills that align closely with this role.

In my role as an IT Support Analyst (Remote) and previously as an IT Technical Support Officer, I provided Level-1 technical support, assisted with user onboarding/offboarding, resolved connectivity and system issues, and supported secure document management and system logging. I have experience assisting users with VPN access, email configuration, network connectivity challenges, and remote collaboration tools such as Zoom and Microsoft Teams. I am also familiar with monitoring system activity, maintaining accurate documentation, and escalating issues in line with defined procedures.

I am particularly drawn to this role because it combines network administration and foundational cybersecurity operations. I am keen to further develop hands-on experience with routers, switches, firewalls, VPNs, and monitoring tools, while contributing to security hygiene through access control enforcement, log monitoring, incident reporting, and user awareness training. I am a fast learner, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in team-based, client-focused environments.
