In my current role, I conduct client site surveys, fiber optic cable installations and maintenance, configure and deploy routers for residential and commercial internet connectivity, monitor network performance through SMARTOLT systems, and support troubleshooting activities to ensure uninterrupted service delivery. These responsibilities have provided me with hands-on experience in network infrastructure management and customer-focused technical support.
Beyond my networking experience, I have demonstrated strong analytical and problem-solving abilities through my internship at Python Engineering Company Limited, where I contributed to documentation processes that helped the company secure its Document of Compliance (DOC). My background also includes CCTV and solar system installations, which further strengthened my technical, fieldwork, and project coordination skills.
