Video Editing & Post-Production - - Edit and enhance video/audio content for training, marketing, and events. - Manage post-production workflows including rendering, archiving, and exporting. - Maintain organized storage of all digital media assets.
Video Conferencing & VoIP Management - - Set up and troubleshoot video conferencing tools (Zoom, Teams, Meet). - Ensure high-quality audio and video performance during virtual sessions. - Manage VoIP systems and resolve technical communication issues.
Multimedia Content Creation - - Create engaging media content in collaboration with various departments. - Capture photos/videos for documentation and promotion. - Uphold brand consistency across all media platforms.
Technical Support & Equipment Maintenance - - Provide real-time technical support during live events and recordings. - Perform regular maintenance and updates on media equipment and software. - Maintain documentation of all technical setups and operations.
Networking & Internet Systems - - Ensure stable internet connectivity for streaming and cloud-based operations. - Work with IT to set up and maintain network devices within the media unit. - Monitor and troubleshoot network issues affecting media performance.
Collaboration & Training - - Coordinate with Communications, IT, and Academic teams on project requirements. - Train and support junior staff or volunteers. - Document best practices and contribute to media policies and guidelines.
