
Academic Leadership & Curriculum Development - - Design, review, and implement relevant and up-to-date curricula for tech and innovation courses (e.g., Data Analytics, UI/UX, Web Development). - Ensure course content aligns with industry needs, certifications, and emerging trends. - Supervise and support instructors in lesson planning, delivery methods, and assessments. - Oversee academic performance metrics and student progress tracking systems. - Drive curriculum innovation, incorporating feedback and new learning tools/approaches.
Training Coordination - - Plan, coordinate, and schedule all training sessions, including masterclasses, workshops, and bootcamps. - Manage onboarding of new trainers/facilitators, ensuring they are equipped with curriculum resources and tools. - Monitor training quality and collect feedback to improve delivery and engagement. - Liaise between instructors, students, and management to ensure smooth academic operations.
Operations & Reporting - - Prepare academic calendars, training timelines, and evaluation schedules. - Coordinate certification processes and ensure academic compliance. - Provide periodic reports on training outcomes, staff performance, and student engagement. - Support recruitment of students and promotion of academic programs.
