Quality Assurance & User Acceptance Testing (QA/UAT) - Test software applications and features to identify bugs, inconsistencies, and usability issues. Develop and execute test cases, test scenarios, and checklists based on product requirements. Conduct functional, regression, and user acceptance testing. Document defects clearly, including reproduction steps, screenshots, expected results, and actual results. Collaborate with developers to verify bug fixes and confirm that solutions meet requirements. Maintain quality assurance records and contribute to release-readiness reviews.
Technical Writing & Documentation - Prepare and maintain technical documentation, user guides, standard operating procedures, and product manuals. Document software features, workflows, system requirements, and technical processes. Translate technical information into clear, structured, and understandable content. Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation as products and systems evolve. Support the preparation of internal technical reports, release notes, and knowledge-base articles.
Associate Frontend Development - Assist in developing and maintaining responsive, user-friendly web interfaces. Work with the development team to implement frontend features and resolve interface issues. Support the integration of frontend components with backend services and APIs. Identify and fix basic UI bugs, responsiveness issues, and browser compatibility problems. Follow established coding standards, version-control practices, and development workflows. Participate in code reviews, testing, and continuous improvement activities.
Cross-Functional Collaboration - Work closely with software developers, designers, product teams, and other relevant stakeholders. Participate in sprint planning, daily stand-ups, product reviews, and release meetings. Track assigned tasks and provide timely progress updates. Contribute to improving software delivery processes, product quality, and team efficiency.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) - Performance will be assessed against clearly defined, measurable objectives across three functional areas: QA/UAT: Quality and completeness of test cases, accuracy of defect reports, timely execution of assigned tests, and verification of resolved defects. Technical Documentation: Accuracy, clarity, completeness, consistency, and timely delivery of technical documents. Frontend Development: Quality of assigned code, responsiveness of interfaces, successful resolution of assigned issues, and adherence to development standards. Team Collaboration: Reliability, communication, task completion, responsiveness to feedback, and adherence to agreed delivery timelines. Specific targets and reporting arrangements will be established during onboarding in line with the team's workflow and product requirements.
